Me llamo Sergiy Shupik Marchuk, soy propietario y gestor de varias viviendas turisticas en la ciudad de Novelda y Alicante. Mis propiedades son aceptadas por los municipios locales (ayuntamiento, urbanismo) con cedulas de habitabilidad y compatibilidad urbanistica para esa actividad, tambien aceptadas por la Conselleria de Turismo de Generalitat Valenciana teniendo como prueba la licencia turistica de cada propiedad que se alquila, ademas estan registradas en Guardia Civil de Novelda y Policia Nacional de Alicante.
